Introduction

Welcome to the MISO Certificate Validation Tool! This tool is used as an aid to validate the Distinguished Name (DN) for Portal User registration. The tool will perform the following functions: -Check for special characters in the DN -Check that the issuer of the certificate is MISO approved -Check the Validity date -Check that the certificate is formatted correctly -Display the distinguished name string if no errors are found

Instructions

Step 1:Choose certificate to upload   (Certificate file needs to be exported as a .cer file. Click the "Certificate Export Help" button for more information.)

Step 2:Click the Upload button to begin
