MTEP study participants should have access to the MTEP file transfer protocol (FTP) site. To obtain access to the MTEP FTP site your company must first sign a Universal NDA with you listed in appendix and each individual must sign Critical Energy Infrastructure Information (CEII) NDA. Please mail two originals of the signed NDAs to Steve Kozey (who will complete the Midwest ISO portion of the NDA and return a fully executed original).
