Employee Benefits

Medical Insurance, Dental, and Vision There are multiple plans to choose from to best meet your benefit needs.
Relocation Benefits Midwest ISO will pay to move your household goods and provide $3,000 to cover relocation costs.
Retirement Plan 401(k) 401 (k) match and 100% vested after 2 years.
Profit Sharing Retirement Plan Midwest ISO will contribute 6% of annual base pay to a retirement plan with 100% vesting after 5 years.
Time Off: Vacation, Holidays New employees start out with 10 vacation days (pro-rated from date of hire), 9 paid company holidays, plus 3 paid floating holidays.
Sick Bank 8 days per year (pro-rated from date of hire) , with non-used sick time rolled over up to a maximum of 16 sick days at no cost to you.
Life Insurance, AD&D Basic Life Insurance of 2 times your annual pay.
Life Insurance, AD&D Voluntary Coverage Employee coverage up to 7 times salary (max. $300,000) with spouse (max. of $150,000) and child coverage available. Employee rates are based on age and elected amount. Child coverage rate is $2 a month ($10,000) .
Short Term Disability 90% for the first 30 days, then 75% up to the maximum of 180 days at no cost to you.
Long Term Disability 66.67% of base salary, maximum of $15,000 per month. Unlimited lifetime maximum.
Travel Insurance Free coverage up to $100,000 while traveling on Midwest ISO business.
Bereavement Up to 3 days paid leave to attend the funeral of an immediate family member.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional advice to assist with such issues as stress, drug/alcohol use, family conflicts, etc.
Flexible Spending Dependent Care and Medical SpendingYearly contributions: $100 minimum to $5,000 maximum
Tuition Reimbursement Up to $5,250 for classes and classroom materials for successfully completed job-related classes, per calendar year.
Fitness Center Available at both locations and free to all Midwest ISO employees.
